Maruti Inox (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a vertically integrated stainless steel manufacturer based in Mehsana, Gujarat. Founded in 2010, we began with scrap trading and steel melting, and have since grown into a full-cycle production facility — from ingots and hot rolled bars to precision bright bars and PSQ shafts. Everything we produce starts from certified recycled scrap and is backed by our TUV NORD ISO 9001-certified quality system.

Founded in 2010 with a Vision for Sustainable Steel

Maruti Inox (India) Pvt. Ltd. began with a clear vision: to build a sustainable, high-quality alternative in the stainless steel industry. We saw value in scrap — not as waste, but as the raw material for precision engineering.

Starting with scrap trading and stainless steel melting, we mastered the production of ingots and hot-rolled bars across rounds, RCS, hexagons, squares, angles, and flats. Today we are taking the next step forward — vertically integrating into finished Bright Bars and PSQ shafts to serve both international markets and domestic industries with a complete, in-house product range.

From Scrap to Superior Steel

Sourcing

High-grade stainless steel scrap from certified vendors. We carefully select scrap to ensure clean chemistry and traceability

Melting

Advanced melting in controlled environments to achieve precise chemical composition. Our melting process is optimized for lowcarbon emission steel production

Casting & Rolling

Forming ingots and hot-rolled bars with dimensional accuracy. Products include rounds, RCS, hexagons, squares, angles, and flats in sizes from 16 mm to 140 mm

Finishing

Producing bright bars with superior surface finish through cold drawing, peeling, grinding, and polishing. Tolerances as tight as H8, H9, H10, H11

Testing

Every batch undergoes chemical analysis (spectroscope), mechanical testing (UTM, hardness, impact), metallurgical examination (grain size), and corrosion testing (salt spray, IGC)
